GARDENING CLUB
At a meeting of the Dunedin Gardening Club held in the Y.M C.A. the trophies won at the various competitions during the past season were presented. The Hollingworth Trophy was won by Mrs Johnston for a collection of flowers, and she also won the Royal Horticultural Socie:y’s medal for the most points awarded for displays of flowers at the fortnightly meetings. Mrs Menzies won the Rodger Rose Bowl for a display of carnations, and Miss R. Anderson won the Major Barclay Trophy for a display of fruit, fiow'ers, and vegetables at the autumn show.
