VICTORY MARCH IN HOLLAND (Rec. 7 p.m.) THE HAGUE, May 21. Prince Bernhard, with General A. C. Crerar. took the salute from the First Canadian Army led by 16 pipe t> during its victory march through The Hague. Thousands of spectators by the roadside and on rooftops, ignoring the rain, gave the troops a great reception, with a special cheer for 1000 Dutch underground personnel in the procession.
