BISHOP OF HIEROPOLIS
RUGBY, May 20. Monsignor Arthur Hughes, apostolic delegate for Egypt and Palestine, who is a well-known writer, was to-day consecrated Bishop of Heiropolis, the ancient episcopal seat in Phrygia, says a Cairo correspondent.
