BERLIN RESIDENTS
LARGER FOOD RATION (Rec. 11.45 p.m.) LONDON, May 19. The Russians have established a larger food ration for the residents of Berlin and Dresden than the Germans had received. The Germans have been permitted the resumption of free trade and profit on the open market. The Moscow radio says that po\Ver stations in Warsaw are reopening and the electricity supply will be available for factories and domestic use. A passenger air service between Moscow and Berlin, via Warsaw, is operating. The first plane flew from Berlin to Moscow.
