DISASTROUS SEASON
ONTARIO FARMERS (Rec. 10.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, May. 19. Incessant rainfall late in April and in the first fortnight in May is expected to result in the loss of 50,000,000 dollars to Ontario farmers. Fifty per cent, of the fruit crop is already lost. Much grain rolled in the ground must be resown, and the ground is so waterlogged that it will be difficult work.
