TEMPO OF SOVIET PRODUCTION (Rec. 11.40 p.m.) LONDON. May 19. Russia is maintaining the tempo of the swing back to peace production, says Moscow radio. The largest blast furnace in Leningrad, which was put out of action in 1941, is again producing steel. The radio added that shipping between the Russian Black Sea ports after a lapse of four years will be resumed on Thursday, when the first ship will ply between Odessa, Kherson, and Nikolaev.
