LOOTED ART TREASURES
QUISLING AS COLLECTOR (Rec. 10 p.m.) LONDON, May 19. Quisling, during his five years of power in Norway, amassed fabulous wealth in looted art treasures, reports the Oslo correspondent of the. American Associated Press. They included paintings by Rubens and Rembrandt. Quisling alsq collected thousands of books from Norwegian libraries. A penchant for books on Napoleon provided a clear indication of his character. The preliminary charges against him will be heard in less than a week.
