(Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Apl. 6. The scene of the British Commonwealth discussions moved to No. 10 Downing street for some hours to-day, when Mr Churchill and Mr Eden took part personally in the talks., The New Zealand Prime Minister, Mr P. Fraser, later had a further discussion with Mr Eden. He has also talked with Brigadier Hurley, the United States Ambassador to China, who is visiting London.
