DISCUSSIONS PROCEEDING
GOOD PROGRESS BEING MADE (Rec. 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, Apl. 7. The Empire talks are pursuing the expected course, with good progress being made in groups equivalent to committees, "though they are not described by that name, reports the Australian Associated Press.
There are admittedly many differing views among the dominion delegates. Nothing definitely has been arranged. Discussions are proceeding among the External Affairs Ministers and their advisers, concerning the extent to which agreement can be reached and what constructive contribution can be made to the general international agreement.
