SCHOOL CRICKET
A DRAMATIC FINISH (Special) TIMARU, Mar. 23. There was a dramatic finish to the cricket match between the Timaru and Otago Boys’ High Schools to-day. Timaru made 180 runs in the first innings, Otago replying with 299. Timaru in the second innings made 212 (E. Hand 63, R. Smith 47, Urqquhart 27, Harley 26). Otago was left with 94 runs to get to win ' and the last wicket fell with the score at 93, the match thus being a tie.
