TRAGEDY IN GEORGIA

FOUR SCHOOLBOYS KILLED (Rec. 11 p.m.) NEW YORK, Mar. 22. Live hand grenades brought back from the war fronts as souvenirs by American servicemen are being traded by the boys in one American school for candy or sold for 30 cents. This was revealed when a coroner in Georgia inquired into the deaths of four boys, who were killed when a grenade exploded after they tried to straighten it by banging it on a steal helmet. It was stated that Other boys at Fort Hawkins School, Georgia, played bowls in a classroom with grenades.
