JAPANESE MINISTER
LEAVES MOSCOW FOR TOKIO NEW YORK, Mar. 17. Tokio radio announced that Morito Morishima, Japanese Minister to Russia, left Moscow for Tokio on important business. The United Press suggests that the trip is connected with the Russian-Japanese neutrality treaty, date for extension of which is April 25.
