SOVIET MAGAZINE’S COMMENT (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 7. “The liberated peoples of Europe will not be content with the • old leaders,” declares the Moscow magazine War and the Working Class. “The political crises ,and difficulties which have arisen in some of the liberated European countries show that the peoples who endured the nightmare of German occupation cannot be reconciled to the return of regimes and leaders who ddring the difficult years have proved incompetent.”
