WORKING AGAIN
FRENCH AND BELGIAN FACTORIES RUGBY, Oct. 21. French and Bglgian factories are already working again and assisting in the re-equipment of tank and other armoured vehicles. This was disclosed by Brigadier-general John K. Christmas, deputy commanding general of the Office of Ordnance Control, speaking to correspondents at Allied headquarters. He also said that there was no doubt that Allied armoured vehicles could stand a winter campaign and that extensions were available for tracks to overcome the mud. ‘
