WHEN NAZIS SURRENDER (Rec. 11.50 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 2S. The British Ministry of Food will take over food distribution throughout Germany immediately Germany surrenders, says the Daily Express. The Ministry is already recruiting volunteers among men and women officials who have maintained Britain’s smoothly-working food distribution system during the war. The Allies reached an agreement on methods of handling Germany’s food problem so that there will be no chaos in German focd distribution such as that which followed the last war. The Daily Express adds that a senior official of the Ministry of Food was unable to say whether British food would be sent to German civilians, but whatever food was available would be equally distributed throughout Germany.
