PLUNKET SOCIETY APPEAL
Tile good work of the Plunket Society is well recognised in North Otago, but it is carried on so quietly and unassumingly. and the raising of funds in these times is concentrated into such a short time, that the need for steady patronage is apt to be overlooked. To enable the country districts to assist with the car expenses, a country stall is held in town each spring, and this year it will be held on Tuesday. Town Day will be held on Friday.
