MOVE FOR RECONCILIATION CO-ORDINATION OF EFFORTS (Rec 10 p.m.) CAIRO, Feb. 10. The fighting between the E.L.A.S. (Popular Army of Liberation) and national bands under Colonel Zervas has ceased, according to a Greek Government official. This result, the official states, was achieved after long negotiations through the mediation of the Greek Government and General Headquarters in the Middle East, which will do everything possible to bring the trouble to an end, reconcile all the guerrilla bands, and co-ordinate their efforts against the Germans.
