ITALIAN SHIPS
RUGBY, Feb. 8
It is officially stated in London that six of the seven Italian ships in Spanish metropolitan harbours have been released. A dispute as to the ownership of the seventh is holding up its release. Three ships have already sailed. Negotiations are proceeding regarding ships in ports of the Spanish islands There is no news of any development regarding Italian warships in Spanish ports.
