NOT RECOGNISED BV BRITAIN RUGBY, Jan. 25.
. The Foreign Minister, MitjEden, announced, in the House of Commons that the British Government did not recognise the Bolivian revolutionary junta as the legal Government, and the British Minister-designate would not take up his post. Panama and Colombia have both announced that they will not recognise the new Bolivian Government, reports a Washington message.
