(Rec. 7 p.m.) RUGBY, Jan. 4. For good services in the Scharnhorst action, Admiral Sir Bruce Fraser becomes a G.C.B. and Vice-Admiral Burnett a K.C.B, while Captain Addis Meyrick receives the D.S.O. Lieuten-ant-commander Walmsley is given a bar to his D.S.O. • Commander Fisher, Lieutenant-com-mander Cluston, and Lieutenant Bates are awarded the D.S.C. for gallantry' in the battle with German destroyers last week in the Bay of Biscay. Captain Clarke, R.N., and Captain Grant. R.C.N., receive the D.S.O.
