(Rec. 9.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 12. The execution of another 16 Dutchmen has been announced by General Christiansen, commander of the German forces in the Netherlands. They were found guilty of “favouring the enemy by spying, sabotage, and the possession of arms.” A new decree forbidding male persons to stay in four of Holland’s 11 provinces unless residing there has been issued by the German Commissioner, Dr Seyss Inquart.
