CONDITIONS IN BERGEN
A STATE OF ALARM LONDON, Aug. 11. The Stockholm correspondent of the Associated Press says the Germans have declared a state of alarm in Bergen, Norway. Cycle patrols are active, and the anti-aircraft batteries defending key bridges and road junctions have been reinforced.
