PRAYER AND DEDICATION
NATIONAL DAY NEXT MONTH RUGBY, Aug. 11. In accordance with the desire of his Majesty the King, September 3, being the fourth anniversary of the outbreak of war, shall again be observed as a national day of prayer and dedication.
Arrangements are being made to enable the national response to be as widespread as possible. The leaders of the churches are arranging special services in the churches throughout the country. The Government desires work to cease as far as practicable between .11 a.m. and 11.15 a.m., when a religious service will be broadcast.
