“TOKIO FULLY PREPARED”
LONDON, Aug. 10.
“ Tokio is fully prepared for the worst,” the Mayor of Tokio told foreign press representatives, according to a German report from Tokio. The Mayor added: “It is Japan’s traditional attitude not to allow an enemy to tread on Japanese soil.”
