Advice has been received that the •schedule of war and strike rates for marine insurances to and from the undermentioned ports is now as follows.— North and Central America, Atlantic, and Pacific ports via any route to and from Australia and New Zealand and Pacific Islands, 7 per cent., except for Pacific ports via the Pacific, the rate for which is 4 per cent. p „ m „ '■feSKr* Z '? lß , na .£™drl’ a ”st the Mediterranean, east of Alexandria. 8J Turkey, ex the Mediterranean east of Alexandria, and ex the Black Sea. 10 per Ce The strike risk is now a minimum rate of one-twentieth per cent., but the rates for India and Ceylon remain unchanged at one-eighth per cent.
