SUPPLY MISSION
NEW ZEALANDER IN ENGLAND (N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent) (Rec. 7 p.m.) LONDON, Mar. 11. Mr lan M. • Matheson (Wellington), who is visiting England on a Government supply mission, is most impressed by “the very favourable atmosphere” regarding New Zealand. He has found everywhere a desire to be as helpful as the difficult position will allow. Mr Matheson visited Washington en route to Britain, and had a conference with the New Zealand Minister, Mr Walter Nash. He will visit Northern Ireland and also the Hebrides.
