Sir, —In answer to the letter of a correspondent who calls himself “Tickled,” I may say that I was acquainted with the married couple who were instrumental by chance in the naming of the Roaring Meg stream, and so also was my father, who related the story to us many times in our old home at Waianakarua, Hampden.
