JUNIOR RED CROSS
The good work that is being carried out in Otago by members of the Junior Red Cross was commented on by the president of the Dunedin branch of the New Zealand Crippled Children Society. Mr V. S. Jacobs, at a meeting of the’society on Monday. The Art onstreet Junior Red Cross Circle forwarded £.3, representing the proceeds of a successful sale, as a donation from its members to the funds of the society, and it was also reported to the mooting that the Junior Red Cross of Otago had applied for a list of the crippled children throughout. Otago who were in less fortunate circumstances, so that they might make them Christmas gifts.
