WOMEN'S BOWLING
The annual match arranged between Oamaru and the Otago Ladies’ Bowling Association was played on the association’s green on Wednesday, and resulted in a win for Otago by 169 points to 134 points. Mrs Hill (president) welcomed the visitors, who were entertained at lunch in the Crawford Lounge, and after the match afternoon tea was served in the Logan Park pavilion. Results of interclub matches were as follows: —Logan Park beat West Harbour, N.E, Valley beat Green Island, Caversham beat St. Kilda, Port Chalmers beat Kaikorai, Portobello beat Opoho, Anderson’s Bay beat Dunedin, Otago beat St. Clair, Mornington beat Leith. Hislop Cup Matches. —Caversham beat Roslyn, Opoho beat Logan Park, St. Kilda beat Dunedin, West Harbour beat Kaikorah Otago beat Leith, Taieri. a. bye.
