FREE KINDERGARTENS
The monthly meeting of the Dunedin Free Kindergarten Association, held in the R.S.A. committee rooms on Thursday, was well attended by members of the council. Reports were read from the principal and directors, and Miss Scott submitted the Education Committee’s report. 1 Gratification was expressed at the result of efforts held in October. The proceeds of the jumble sale amounted to £36. At the " bring-and-buy" sale organised by the Kaikorai Kindergarten Committee at Mrs Glendining’s home, the sum of over £6O was added to the kindergarten’s funds.
