FINAL LIBERATION
GUARANTEE TO LUXEMBURG RUGBY, Sept. 6. A guarantee of freedom to the people of Luxemburg was broadcast to-day on behalf of the Foreign Secretary, MiAnthony Eden, who stressed the resistance of that small but brave people to Nazi tyranny. " You have shown that you want to remain what you were, a free people, and by your courage and resistance you have firmly established your right to do so," Mr Eden said. He added that the growing might of the United Nations was a' guarantee of Luxemburg's final liberation.
