RUSSIAN SUGGESTION
BOMBING OF GERMANY NIGHT AND DAY ATTACKS RUGBY. Sept. 6. M. Maisky, in a speech in London, said that the Russian losses averaged from 6000 to 7000 a day. "Bomb Germany by day and by night, and bomb Nazi Germany in the west, east, north, and south," he urged. "I hope that before long British and Soviet airmen will meet in the air over Germany, fighting the common battle against the common enemy."
