PRESIDENT'S SON ILL
(Rec. 9.25 p.m.) NEW YORK, Feb. 7. Lieutenant Franklin Roosevelt, the President's son, entered the Brooklyn Naval Hospital to-day to undergo an operation for acute appendicitis. It was later announced, however, that Lieutenant Roosevelt was still under observation and that no operation had been performed.
