RETURNING TO WORK
SEATTLE, Feb. 4. Shipyard officials stated to-day that the strike by independent welders in the Seattle and Tacoma shipyards had virtually broken down. Only 20 strikers were away from their jobs in Seattle and the Tacoma welders were straggling back to work following the denunciation of their action by the War Production Board.
