KING FAROUK’S APPEAL
SUPPORT FOR ALL-PARTY GOVERNMENT CAIRO, Feb. 4. After receiving political leaders, including Naha Pasha, King Farouk, through liis secretary, appealed to the country to support his effort to form an all-party Government. The Wafd, though the largest party, refused to 'participate in the recent Governments on the ground that the elections returning tine present Chamber were unfair. If an all-party Cabinet is formed the Chamber may be suspended, giving Cabinet lull authority.
