(Rec. 7.30 p.m.) OTTAWA, Feb. 4. The Minister of Finance, Mr J. L. Ilsley, speaking in the House of Commons to-day, declared that opponents of the conscription plebiscite who advocated a boycott of the war loan were saboteurs of the national war effort. Such people would be the first to condemn a labour strike in a war industry, but their action was not less reprehensible.
