TAXI DRIVER ROBBED
MAN REMANDED FOR SENTENCE (P.A.) WELLINGTON. Feb. 5. Arrested two months after a taxi-driver was robbed by his fare on August 2, Gwilt George Stone, aged 22, a motor driver, was found guilty in the Supreme Court to-day of robbery while armed. The accused was picked out in an identification parade by the taxi-driver, who said he also recognised the voice. The prisoner was remanded for sentence.
