A NEW COMET
ANNOUNCEMENT BY HARVARD OBSERVATORY NEW YORK, (Rec. 9.45 p.m.) Feb. 3. The Harvard Observatory announced that a new comet, which is at present invisible to the naked eye, was discovered on photographic plates. The comet is described as of the tenth magnitude with a nucleus and a tail of less than one degree in length.
