Roy Rankin Wallace, claim £3 Is lid, for taxes due with costs (12s); Hallenstein Bros.. Ltd., v. F. Gardiner; claim £4 7s 6d, for goods suoplied, with costs (£1 8s 6d): Hayes and Lyders, Ltd., v. G. Murdoch, claim £3, for goods supplied, with costs (14s); C. H. Tait v. V. Anderson, claim £7 12s, for services rendered. with costs (£1 15s 6d); Cooke, Howlison, and Co., Ltd., v. A. W. Edwards, claim £2 6s 6d, for goods supplied and work done, with costs (18s 6d; Hayes and Lyders, Ltd., v. W. Shearer, claixp £4 13s 6d. for goods supplied and work done, with costs (£1 4s 6d). Judgment Summons Sidney Hodder Coslake Hawes v. Alan James Cocks, claim £l2 13s, on a judgment summons.—There was no appearance of the debtor, who was ordered to pay the amount, with costs: (£1), forthwith, in default 14 days’ imprisonment.
