CHANGES AT 8.8. C.
DIRECTOR-GENERAL RESIGNS
(Rec. 1.20 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 26. iMr F. W. Ogilvie, director-general of the 8.8. C., has resigned in order to facilitate reorganisations. Sir Cednc Graves, deputy director-general, and Mr Robert Foot, adviser of war-time organisation, have been appointed joint director-general for the duration of the war.
