MAORI SOLDIERS
WELCOME TO RETURNED MEN (PA.) AUCKLAND, Dec. 16. The Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr W. E. Parry, represented the Government to-day at the welcome given to Maori returned soldiers. He paid a tribute 'to " these Maori boys, who, with their pakeha brothers, had fought such a courageous fight," and whose courage had been commended by the Prime Minister.
