MR CHURCHILL’S SYMPATHY (P.A.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 13. The following telegram from Mr Winston Churchill to Mr Fraser has been released for publication: “I am deeply grieved about the severe losses your heroic division suffered in the forefront of the battle. All the accounts I have received pay the highest tribute to their brilliant work. The war is going well in Libya apd Russia and the Atlantic, Every good wish and kindest regards.”
