NO CHANGE OF POLICY (Rcc. 10.30 p.m.) MADRID, Dec 13. The Minister for Foreign Affairs (Senor Suner) told the American Ambassador (Mr A. W. Weddell) that Spain’s pplicy was not being changed as the result of the Pacific development. '
