FRENCH SOMALILAND
LIFTING OF BLOCKADE DESIRED AN OFFER TO BRITAIN (Rec. 1 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 5. It is reported from Vichy that the Djibouti radio announced that the Governor of French Somaliland had offered Britain the use of the Addis Ababa-Djibouti railway, as well as the facilities at Port Djibouti, in return for the lifting of the blockade against the colony.
