LOADED FIREARM
CHARGE OF PRESENTING WEAPON BANK MANAGER REMANDED In the Police Court at Lawrence yesterday morning, Ernest Alexander Winchester, a bank manager, who appeared before Messrs G. H. Martin and J. W. Mair, J.P.'s, was charged with presenting a loaded firearm at Mervyn James Barr, with assaulting Barr, and with carrying a pistol without a licence. The accused was remanded until Friday morning, bail being allowed in his own recognisance of £SO, and one surety of £SO.
