RUSSIA'S REQUIREMENTS
RUGBY, Oct. 6.
The Appeal Committee of the British Red Cross has been asked to raise £5.000,000 in the third year of war. This was stated by Lord Cliffe to-day. who also said that very long lists of urgent requirements had been received from our Russian Allies, and many tons of goods had already been sent.
