MUNITION WORKERS
TROUBLE IN MEXICO TROOPS FIRE ON CROWD NEW YORK, (Rec. 0.30 a.m.) Sept. 24. The New York Times correspondent in Mexico City says soldiers guarding the home of President Avila Camacho fired on a crowd representing the Union of Munition Workers, killing eight and wounding 24. The workers were demonstrating against alleged ill-treatment in munition' factories.
