A GERM WAR
HITLER’S ALLEGED PLANS SIGNIFICANT PROPAGANDA LONDON, Sept. 17. Hitler is believed to be planning to launch a germ war. For the purpose of covering his own intentions, says the Madrid correspondent of the Daily Mail, propaganda being distributed in French and other conquered territories alleges that British agents are trying to spread disease through “ handshakes of death.” The propaganda suggests that the criminals secretly convey poison on their hands.
