Anderson; honorary secretary, Mrs G. F. McKellar; committee—Mesdames F. B. Adams, H. A; Adams, Congalton. J. Davidson, Wl G. Kindley, McNeil,. R. H. Russell, Bruce Smith, C. M. Sullivan, W. J. Thomson, and A. L. Wood. ' Mr C. V. Smith', chairman of the centre, gave interesting information regarding the good work and widespread operations of, the society. Miss Wilkin spoke on the activities. of the V.A.’s. Both, addresses were greatly appreciated by all present. A vote of thanks was extended to the speakers and all those who ■ had given assistance to the branch during the year. Great interest was shown in the display of sewing and knitting done by the branch.
