MEETING OF COMMITTEE A meeting ot the Management Committee of the Otago Rugby Football Union last night, over which Mr Ira Grant presided, received advice that the anniversary match between , the Vincent and Manlototo Sub-unions Is to be played at Ranfurly on July 5 , , The country team to play a match In Dunedin against a metropolitan team will be chosen on July 5, and nominations are to be sent In before July 3. Approval was given to the following dates for Otago Boys' High School matches;—v. Southland Boys High School, at Invercargill, June 18; v. Timaru High School, at Dunedin, July 16; v. Christs College, at Christchurch. August 4; v. Christchurch Boys’ High School, at Dunedin, bn August 22 or 23. A report from the Junior Advisory Committee recommended that several players in various clubs’ Fifth Grade teams who were over-weight should be allowed to play in that grade, and a dispensation, subject to revision, was granted to those nlayers The players concerned are:— Plaister (Southern), Cuttle. Smith and William (Zlngarl-Richmond). McQuarrie and Brent (Pirates). Legge, Boddy, Shaw, Jackson and Fowler (Union), and' Fleming and J. Daricot (Y.M.C.A.). Fixtures for Saturday
